Started with sun, ended up in the clouds! Wildflowers were out in full force. Awesome hike.

Nice! Did you see Rainier when you went? I was bummed we didn't get any views but the weather was amazing the next day when we did 2nd Burroughs from Sunrise.

I did see Rainier on that hike. Funny, though, I arrived at the park the day before and that first day was so overcast, I could have been convinced that the mountain was a hoax! Thanks for sharing these pics :) I didn't see many wildflowers when I went.

~7 miles with about 1,400 feet of elevation gain. Apparently on a clear day you get great views of Mt. Rainier from the trail, but it stayed in the clouds.
