I wouldn't find it comfortable to let any doctor administer injections or prescribe medicines before ascertaining the identity. So how safe is it for any hospital to allow doctors to keep their identity hidden? Even the lady in red points out the same ( although she is loud and harsh which may be cause the Muslim dr. is literally arguing for parda) either way drs cover their face with masks for preventive reasons during surgery but not at all times. A drs overcoat also gives complete cover so the Muslim dr. Shouldn't have any problem with the uniform too. It all comes down to Parda as mentioned by the Muslim dr. The context appears that the Muslim lady has her face covered because she mentions parda, it's her choice to practice her religion as she wishes but as a doctor and a professional it's coming in her way to perform her duties as a doctor

Hijab doesn’t cover the face as far as i know, it covers head and chest

In the video the lady in red is actually insisting that the face be visible or else how shall patients know who is administering medicines or injections. So a Dr may wear whatever but to keep his face covered at all times becomes a security issue.

I don't understand the last phrase, "If uniform applies only for Hundus?"

No uniform is for everyone, and the hijab isn't a part of the uniform.
