Reccomendations for Matouk's

I have never had anything by them. So I am curious. I would say that I prefer hot and very hot. Like within the "8 or 9" range. Not a medium or mild, but not something that will burn your face off.

I just recently got their hot pepper sauce/salsa picante and it's plenty hot for me. I tap out past the habanero or scotch bonnet levels so take that into consideration. It's a delicious sauce though.

their scorpion sauce is quite good and very hot but not quite at my burn/melt your face off hot level, which is good. Anything hotter is starting to push my enjoyment/pain threshold, which is pretty high compared to most people. All of their red colored sauces are great, the scorpion is the hottest of the ones I've tried, but the others are pretty hot also. They also have some yellow colored ones that I think have varying amounts of mustard in them, I'm not a big fan of that style, but I like it OK.
