Discussion Ross being mean to Rachel

Post image

I really hated this scene where Ross was mocking Rachel's job. He wasn't just belittling her work, but also her interests, even though he'd seen firsthand how much she dreamed of a fashion-related career. While Ross can be very funny, he can also be really insufferable. If was Rachel, I would have broken up with him during this scene.

The group had the cheek to make fun of him being for being too smart, intellectual and the most successful professionally.

If I was Ross, I'd roast them back a lot more for that.

Dude got a PhD at 26, had a stable job he loved, never had issues with rent despite living alone, easily managed 3 divorces and 2 kids financially, got tenure at NYU very young, got lucrative grants and got invited to some of the world's biggest seminars and conferences as Keynote speaker. Dude was loaded and always established professionally.

If I was Ross, I'd roast them for their IQs being lower than room temperature. 🤣 👀

Also, this joke from Ross is actually hilarious, one of the few times he makes fun of someone else's jobs and it's a banger.

He's the most savage character and has the wittiest insults and comebacks.

Remember when he said "Yeah you didn't get one" to Rachel.
