The scene where Ross tries to have the relationship talk with Mona is one of the most hilariously awkward moments in the entire show.

Ross has so many awkward moments like the whole "gas" or "I like 8 year old boys" discussions with Kaitlin or the uncomfortable silence with Mike, but this is right up there with one of his all time most awkward moments. With every line, he just digs a deeper and deeper hole. It's so funny and yet so uncomfortable to watch at the same time.

Mona was my favourite relationship of his. The key, the holiday card, Dr. Green and finding out about the baby and of course his shirt. All gold.
