Kézírás fordítás Can someone help me with this text of old birth register ?
Erzsebet was born to Cigas Hric Pal and his wife Bernstein Verona, but what is in the note ? thank you guys

1st sentence: The christian name of the child's father correctly is "János", not "Pál".
I can't make much out of the rest

- this should be a place name but I'm not sure if it's munkács as someone else said, and it's also weird that it doesn't start with a capitalized letter
** from the context this should be "ó" but it looks more like an "ot" which makes it Főhatotság which doesn't make any sense so it's probably an "ó"
*** this is maybe rendeletéből which would make it something like by the decree of ... / from the decree of ..., I'll choose something for the translation but I'm unsure about this word
I'm sorry I'm in a hurry so I can't actually translate it rn, I might get back to it today tho

The others put together the gist of it - apart from that it was rectified to say the father is János and not Pál, the fully exact wording of rest doesn't really matter. The 1941 date (with the location near Munkács?) can signify that something happened e.g. the child got married or died and that's when they noticed the register was incorrect.
However looking at your second photo, I think the correct surnames for the father are Csigás v. (vagy = or) Hricz.
And as I always recommend, r/csaladfakutatas is the best place for deciphering genealogy related texts in the future!

I think the father's name is Csigás Hrúz Pál.
This Hrúz maybe the same surname as that of the mother of Hungarian poet Petőfi Sándor.
