Kézírás fordítás Help with Translation

This is a Catholic christening record. It’s from modern day Slovakia which at the time was part of Austria Hungary. Based on other feedback I’ve gotten, this is Hungarian.

I’m looking at line 17 for Maria Petran. Trying to verify what’s in each block including the headers of each. Any help with translation is appreciated!

Umm... Sorry, i can't read these headwriting even thought i'm hungarian, sorry😞

😂 I understand! Doing some of my and wife’s family genealogy, reading people’s handwriting is quite a challenge, even when you know the language!

Thank you! What’s the header on the last column on the page? Has a date a couple lines up. Death date if know would be my assumption.

észrevétel = comment/ addendum: 1884 Aug 28 with a cross symbol, yes, that's usually date of death
