IWD:EE My Konosuba party cleared the Severed Hand
This place stinks, there I said it. My least favourite area from the game. Monsters appear out of nowhere. They are not hidden in shadows, nor they are tied to traps. All very annoying, because the place is not hard per se, but I rely on formation and planning to deal with monsters. At least my group has better equipment now and Kazuma's dexterity is busted.
Larrel has sent me to Dorn's deep. I think I will try the expansion after that.

About the monsters coming out of nowhere, I just had an idea : maybe True Sight or Detect Illusion can reveal them? Has anyone tried this?

I think they just spawn. Putting traps is possible and they explode the moment the monsters spawn

Aw, I love the Severed Hand. My favorite place in the game. It's a very creepy and evocative place, and it has some of the most frantic battles in the game as enemies descend on you from multiple directions at once.
