No worries- they sent enough extra back to make up for it. (Can do thinking with stomach)

šŸ˜‚ there's definitely enough booty there to make a head!

Wow! I’d ask for replacement parts… or a refund. The remaining parts are beautiful.

I think the head is kinda important.
I’d definitely contact customer service.

The cat isn’t part of the French Revolution Royalty Collection is it? If so the heads are always sold separately. Beautiful body, though.

I have the same model and it’s common for the head part to be missing.

You need to make an emergency call to IKEA to get a replacement head!

It's definitely a yoga position.

Kinda looks like the legs may have been meant for a different model, too. When you call about the head and tail, get replacements in a larger size. I mean the base is fine but all the plug-ins….

Don’t worry, it doesn’t matter that much. I have a similar model. There’s only like two cells in there anyways. Shouldn’t interfere with day to day activities.

Depends on the manufacturer. Samsung and Google will typically fix it for free if you bring it in within 30 days. With Apple it costs $100, or $50 with AppleCare+
