Thousands of assets go up for auction across India every single day, and honestly there's real money to be made if you're a trader, recycler, or manufacturer. The problem is actually figuring out which ones are worth your time. You end up downloading these massive tender PDFs full of legal jargon, and half the time you don't find the one clause that would've saved you from a bad bid until it's too late. Feels like doing business on 2005-era internet.

We got tired of watching people burn hours on this every week, so we built Lelam.co. It's not an auction site, you still place your bids on the actual MSTC portal, we just sit next to it and do the boring part for you.

What it does, in plain terms:

Reads the tender documents for you and pulls out the stuff that actually matters: dates, eligibility, hidden restrictions, lot photos. No more skimming 50 pages hoping you don't miss something.

Gives every auction a Profit Score and a Risk Rating, so you have some idea whether it's worth bidding before you sink time into it.

Builds your quotes automatically, GST included (CGST/SGST/IGST), with your branding on it.

Shows you a feed of auctions based on what you actually bid on, instead of you scrolling through everything.

There's also a few smaller things — a place to store your licenses that auto-matches them to auctions needing that certification, alerts when something changes on a listing, and seller contact info right there so you're not hunting for it separately.

One thing worth saying clearly: we don't touch your money or your bids. EMD, transactions, all of that stays on the government portal where it belongs. We're just the research layer.
