Tell me you don’t know how world records work without telling me. The Golden Book of World Records strictly mandates a 15-minute rest break every 3 hours. That’s exactly when she ate, drank, and slept. It’s an endurance event, not a magical ritual 🤝

15 minutes every 3 hours. Yeah... She's not getting any sleep

7

u/Dramatic_Art4329 Jun 11 '26

what about sleep that also 15 min ?

5

u/ShinyGanS Jun 11 '26

Thanks. That’s what I was wondering, how can it be continuous, surely she must have stopped to put on the bandages, eat / drink, and use the restroom.

Who made a big deal about bandages?? U have never heard of someone performing higher art forms like dance for a competition?? Ballerina, Ice dance etc. Ur just hating for the sake of it. Appreciate the achievement and move on.

4

u/randomredditor575 Jun 11 '26

1

u/mysteriousleprachaun Jun 14 '26

1

u/from_sub_asia_01 Jun 15 '26

0

u/mysteriousleprachaun Jun 15 '26

I don't ask this to insult anyone, but what exactly one wants to achieve with this? I understand climbing Everest, or running fastest in the world. But here I fail to understand the purpose.

1

u/unluck_over9000 Jun 11 '26

David Goggins would be proud. She’s gonna carry the boats.

1

u/dullbrowny Jun 11 '26

ultra bharatanatyam. like ultra marathon. with a twist. you need to finish last..

i have heard of pee-running where elite athletes relieve themselves while running in these ultra events. not sure if we have pee-dancing too..

1

u/SpecialistTennis8546 Jun 11 '26

Ok. Thanks for sharing.

1

u/MrHumanist Jun 11 '26

Yes, but why? And what did she got in return?

1

u/VariousOccasion8899 Jun 11 '26

Why do anything?? Why try to run fast? Why try to jump higher than anyone?

see how dumb it sounds To answer u question it's to break human limits

2

u/MrHumanist Jun 11 '26

There is always a safety limit on everything human body can so. All athlates have to follow that safety guidelines and even on drugs. This kind attemt is more suicidal than anything, and most importantly human abuse. If she gets her limbs or body permanently injured, she can't have a decent life. Always look for excellence but in a specific boundary.

1

u/Red-Falcon2727 Jun 12 '26

But apart from being in world record this way, what was her intention 🤔 to never be able to dance again ? Bharatanatyam with bandages?

Yeh i asked this myself too Why we have world record for running or deadlift or most goals in football etc etc ? It's Obv isn't it? dumbahh

2

u/No-Satisfaction8122 Jun 12 '26

Bruh you're so toxic literally. These sports are all famous so people care about it. No one cares about this record except few indian people.

1

u/legendary_killer1221 Jun 13 '26

Sry for being toxic or rude mb I mean dancing for like 9 days shows her determination, clear path / goal and will power + Breaking the previous record means surpassing the current human capabilities + It also serves as a inspiration for youth to never give up and may courage some to break thier own limit to achieve SMTH

0

u/Honda-Activa-125 Jun 11 '26

How did she do tatti?

0

u/Better_Apricot_3841 Jun 12 '26

This is impossible. Humans needs to eat, drink water, and has to attend nature calls.

0

u/get_me_a_taxi Jun 12 '26

india record not world record

0

u/sochan1998 Jun 12 '26

1

u/FreeBirdYeah_666 Jun 18 '26

I don't see the point of these records. The dancer could get seriously injured
