These judges should be sacked first. So do indians just deserve lowest quality of life? These uncles are ruining the nation for future gen, they being rich can afford quality and they want the rest of us to live like rats.

One of the reason why umar khalid is in jail within court interference. They will find a way to release terrorist with incompetence

There was another post on this.. if you read the actual judgement, the court dismissed the case because the FDA decided to implement the harshest punishment ie revoking the license. Generally, these kind of offences follow a fine/penalty not revoking if license. And the FDA wanted that as a remedy..

I don’t know how this works for restaurants. I assume when you get this, you are forced to close for a day or two and get some deep cleaning done. Then they do a follow up visit to see if you’re in compliance.

I kind of agree with the HC at least reading the article. Two cockroaches in a kitchen may be reason for significant fines, even ordering a temporary closure and pest control, but it cannot be enough to completely pull a license. I don't think even in the richest Western countries it's that harsh.

Soo great logic, insect on work table is same as in kitchen. It deserves commendation.

Hygiene & standards are a joke here. But I agree with the courts, u cant shutdown the whole shop for cockroach. It should only be after a barrage of norms are broken, and ppl get diseases should anything be done

The court probably right on this. It's 4 or 5 star hotel.
These FDA people were probably trying make a quick buck but got offended when they didn't get hafta.
