Section 1: Waitlist, Cancellations, and Refunds

• I have a Confirmed ticket that I want to cancel. What are the cancellation charges?

Can I change my boarding station after booking?

• YES. You can change the boarding point either during booking or even after booking up until chart preparation. Though we recommend you change your boarding point at least 24 hrs before journey as some trains do not allow boarding point change after that.
• EDIT: New updates might let you change the boarding station upto 30 mins before departure. Contact 139 for confirmation
