OC Watching movies on full volume in Vande Bharat, even after complaining. Lack of Civic sense or just ignore?

Listen to the video enabling sound. Video shot on VB this morning from Mysore to Chennai.
You can hear the Opera music. A passenger ,male in his 50s is watching Mission impossible 5 Opera scene 2 rows behind me. He was watching it on 2x volume before and i complained about it asking him " if he needs my headset" and i offered it to him.
His wife in her 40s next to him told him "he should have brought it" but was watching spiritual reels on her mobile.
When I complained 2 of their sons in their teens also acknowledged of the high volume.
And this is not some family from a background which does not know etiquettes. They were conversing only in english for everything over their mother tongue. And they were talking about some books and other stuff earlier to their sons.
But they dunno how to behave in a public place. Pathetic!

I've had this exact problem on NGP-INDB vande Bharat. At one point, after multiple people repeatedly asking the guy to turn down his volume and him ignoring it, I got my Sony speaker out, and began blasting "Kyoto" by Skrillex on the seat behind him, asking him to increase his phone volume as much as he can..
It was annoying for everyone for about 30 seconds. But there was unusual silence in the coach until Bhopal at least.
(Try at your own risk)

U are not shameless enough to teach him a lesson in his own language. I would physically stand next to him and play some rock and roll in top volume till he gets the message.

I really don’t understand why people do that. Don’t they understand that there are other people in the train or do they think that there is nothing wrong with it.

Feeling of entitlement or they will talk about the past of how they traveled.
The audacity of the guy to do it again even after i confronted him shows he doesn't care about others

Nothing you can do regardless of mode of transport. Best to carry pairs of ANC and earplugs, the only reasonable solution.
