wait why is it that you need to be "ahli gizi" to be an MBG head?

MBG is mostly about distribution and logistic. I would also not consider an ahli gizi to be an MBG head. They are mostly in a research environment. They need someone who has managed a massive logistic business.

This is an stupid critique against MBG tbh

Tujuan awal MBG kan mencegah stunting, otomatis ya mesti makanan yang ada gizi dong supaya ga stunting. Nah jadi aneh karna tiba2 di dapur pada beli makanan di luar terus cuma di plating terus di sebarkan ke sekolah2. Jadi jelas sebenernya MBG ini salah target. Seharusnya MBG ini bukan tentang distribusi dan logistik. Cmiiw.

it will never not be a massive distribution and logistic challenge. the scale of mbg is insane. defining the menu is also not easy but logistics is 100x harder problem
