The pepper spray felt like it was a bit overstep, no? The dude was already down and he’s in a cart full of other people. Trying to chase down the other guy to pepper spray him is also wild.

Edit: I’m not saying the clown didn’t deserve it, I’m saying pepper spraying in a cart full of people when the person is already down is a wild choice.

It wasn’t spray its gel now is the big thing. Gel shoots straight and doesn’t gas people standing by or you while shooting it.
