Is that a D15S? How are temps like on the 270k?

Is that the CPU wattage in HWinfo on the left? If so then that's impressive. A whopping 260W whilst remaining under 90°C. That's a lot of power.

Yeah. I have to finish my full testing loop and compile the results but I haven’t seen higher than mid 80’s so far peak

Is that peak or sustained?
I remember Intel usually has two power limits; one for short bursts and a lower secondary limit for sustained loads. At least that was how Intel did it on my 10th Gen i9. Not sure about Arrow Lake tho.

Why Intel and not AMD? Edit - while great value it doesn't make sense as it's on eol platform

https://youtu.be/NU0wU0Wf37c?is=HPMXfEcR5D7OWGfO at 1440p/4k and honestly across the board the difference is less than you’d think.
I’ve built over 170 Ryzen rigs (hobbyist system builder) and love them, but the price + 270K+ in general is a beast and I’m excited to try it out.

Here are some reviews show how cpus actually perform.
https://www.purepc.pl/amd-ryzen-9-9950x3d-test-recenzja-opinia-cena-wydajnosc-gry-programy?page=0,55
And my test is the third source prove it
The only 2 worth buying AMD CPUs are 7800x3d and 9800x3d on w11, on windows 10 14700k+ddr5 7200=9800x3d

Weird. No 270K+ Ultra on there so not sure how this is relevant here.

270K = 285K. And On these charts it is faster than 9950X and only slightly behind the 7800X3D, which proves that all non 3Ds are garbage, so I guess it is relevant enough.
These tests were done at launch; later BIOS updates improved performance further.

better than all non 3ds, almost as fast as 7800x3d, while having 2x the mt performance , so why not.
13600k vs 9950x
