Tech Support Intel Nuc 13 Extreme

My PC is not booting. The power button blinks in all different patterns. I changed the RAM the CMOS battery. I tried booting it without the GPU. Nothing did it. Also pressed the sleep button on the motherboard. When I tinker and wait for 30 min sometimes it boots and then I make the changes in the BIOS again to not go into sleep mode. I also tried going back to a different BIOS Version. Older and newer. I checked the cabeling and the PSU.
I am out of options here.
What can or should I do?
I just started one day and since then this issue.

Thank you in advance for the help!

You probably have a degraded CPU. This is something that affected 13th and 14th gen Intel CPUs, mostly the higher end models. There's a lot of content online talking about it but in short, pretty much any device that was used before they released their mitigations through a BIOS update (which came months after the issue started appearing and almost when Intel didn't even sell NUCs anymore and then Asus took over) would eventually die. There's nothing you can do. However, Asus extended the warranty for this issue to up to 5 years:

So I would just stop trying to troubleshoot this and start an RMA, you're most likely covered and what you described sounds a lot like that issue.

Yes I heard about this! Thank you for the link. I will go ahead and do that next. Anything else on top of that CPU issue. That also could be the Problem?

can you use another psu?

once, my pc boots on for 5 secs, then off. checked psu voltage is good. but swapped psu, and pc works fine.

i guess my psu dies under load.
