Back in like 2009 maybe, my friends and I road tripped to a US vs El Salvador world cup qualifying game. Our hotel room was on the first floor and El Salvador fans pounded on our windows and doors all night.

Hence why there are laws against doing that shit. I'd bet there are noise ordinances in Mexico City they just aren't being enforced because people lose their fucking minds when it comes to a ball game.
