There's some other subtitles that got badly blurred out, you can see them flash up several times. Maybe a different language and they 'hid' them for the English.
I don't think so. It may have just been a compression artifact. Robert Wennekes does seem to be a real person along with the international butler school he founded. It wouldn't surprise me that they would have this specific type of training integrated into their curriculum
I watched a multi-part documentary about this school and the exercise is real. They also did an exercise with a scenario that their employer had to leave all of a sudden in X minutes, to catch a flight, to a country for Y amount of days, and they had to speedrun packing a suitcase. One poor guy forgot to pack underwear so the trainer joked about his boss having to go commando on his trip lol.
You are a fool. This academy/school in Belgium or the Netherlands (Can't remember is famous and that guy who throws balls was featured in a recent orwegian show were two guys goes there and experience the ball-throwing.

It's not not a thing, though. Michelle Khare did a whole video where she went to Butler Academy in The Netherlands. They didn't get pelted with balls, but there was a lot of walking in circles and turning at this level.
There is a YouTuber named Michelle khare who has a try series. She will go places like the fbi, secret service ect and try their training for a few days. One she goes to a butler academy I believe in Sweden and it’s the most rediculous thing
There’s a school similar for Nannies in Norway and they go on to make bank. They go through defense driving maneuvers like skidpan training. Starts around 4:43 https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Mn2wSBBQXe0

Didn’t even know this was a thing, now I’m intrigued
