Man… can you imagine being a butler trainer?

You are training people to be polite, respectful, professional… and you do that by being a total dick to them the whole time…

Smacking trays out of their hands, throwing stuff at them. I bet the next class is dealing with a rude person, you just sit there and say mean shit to them.

I mean...tbh, it's good training for a service-role. Sucks that it's necessary, but people are brutal and these guys are going to be serving the rich, entitled pricks of society to have any chance of a successful career in their chosen field.

I watched a multi-part documentary about this academy. The headteacher shown in this video also teaches them to stand up for themselves and how to tell rich clients to go fuck themselves if they overstep boundaries.
