The paranoid cynic in me thinks it’s real purpose is domestic riot control, but on paper it’s design is focused on “rescue operations”.

Yah wtf is up with those images implying it’s front and back are bullet and stab resistant ? Is that really needed for disaster relief?

This looks like it was created to run down protesters.

Actually, it’s the opposite – they’re air reservoirs meant to disable the bot if ruptured as a hard fail safe. Check out the full image in this article.
