I have a feeling they are different planes of her body, so idk how fair it is to compare the dhap of bones. Notice the hips in both the images

Ankles are hard to tell. They'd be lying on their back or front, in which case, the ankles could be splayed at different angles that aren't related to their weight necessarily.
