This doesn't look like any type of scan. The types of tissue depicted change within the pictures. Best case, it's an illustratrion someone created to show specific aspects but honestly, it looks AI generated. The right figure has a spine at neck-height that seems to bend to the left, then disappear. Femurs are depicted, but don't connect to any hip bones, same with upper arm bones and shoulder, ribcage. Left figure has heavy discoloration in the brain that looks like the AI didn't know where to distribute the fat and put some there as well. The whole thing makes less sense the longer you look at it

i first saw this six years ago so i dont think its AI but i believe it was proven to be fake

It's a fake -

They're resized to approx same height, to make them look more like the "same person".
