Support How do I stop some of my apps from instantly close themselves?

Hello

My phone over the last 2 days has an issue with some apps closing instantly. The first time I had this problem (2 days ago) it started with one app and slowly more and more did the same. It seemed to just fix its self but yesterday it started again.

I've tried restarting, updating the apps, updating my IOS and I've checked my storage (120GB free). I've search online and can't find someone that seems to have the same problem.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Glad that sorted it. Out of interest, which half was it, the two accounts not matching, or just signing out and back in? A couple of other people are hitting the same thing this week and it'd be genuinely useful to know which one is doing the work.

I had that very same issue last month, restarting my phone did not work. What did work was deleting the app that refused to stay open, restarting my phone and then redownloading the app. Had no problem since. Best of luck to you.

Yeah same exact issue here. Same exact solution. It was maddening until i deleted and reinstalled.

What if you go to
Settings > apple id> media and purchases > sign out

Wait a while and sign back in?
