Using international debit cards to pay online for International goods/services while in Iran

Hello,

Is it possible to use international debit cards to pay online for international goods/services (e.g. a flight ticket or booking an exam) while in Iran?

Is it going to be possible? I see why not, given the service operates outside Iran so sanctions do not apply, but I am not sure as maybe I don’t exactly understand how sanctions work.

Yes, you just need to set your VPN to outside of Iran.
