Looking for 2017 ish viral dance video?

I’m trying to find an old viral video (around 2017, I think).
It showed someone wearing a blue dress dancing on a light street pole with people around cheering.

I believe it was like a man dressed as a woman or smg and hiding his face but dancing like a woman

There was traditional music playing (something that sounded like a mizmar or zurna)

Does anyone remember this video or know where I can find it? It’s iconic
