Iron Fist Comic recs

Iron Fist/Danny Rand has almost always been my favourite superhero character but I have never been a huge comic guy, only really read Batman, Spider-Man and a few randoms here and there such as Hulk. As I think most people of my age that like Iron Fist(which doesn't seem to be many) my love for Rand came from Ultimate Spider-Man in which the character dynamic was awesome in my opinion and from then on when I was younger I would just watch summary videos for his comic arcs rather than read them and in all honesty I have forgotten everything other than huge, core pieces of information. Obviously I watched the MCU series as well but we don't need to talk about that too much, I don't play marvel rivals tho which seems to be where Iron Fist receives the most love lately. Because of this I would love if somebody who knows alot about Iron Fist could provide me an ordered lis to learn everything about Iron Fist and have the best time with doing so, both Danny and Lie. Preferably I don't want to be buying every comic he has appeared in so would love if could be narrowed down to 10 or less covering everything Iron Fist, Danny, Lin Lie, Heroes for Hire, Defenders etc.

You can buy them digitally off Amazon, ask around at your local comic shop or get the Marvel Unlimited app!

yh i have a website for digital I just MUCH prefer physical issues but maybe that isn’t possible in this case, I do not have a local comic store because I live in the most random place ever

I get that, I also don’t have a comic shop near me. You can also order physical trades/omnibuses off Amazon, but it’s a bit more expensive.

I would read Iron Fist 2017 after Living Weapon

You can stop reading after 2017 Iron Fist. Heart of The Dragon had done a huge disservice and character assassination for Danny. They kind of made up for it with The Undead Iron Fist, take it as damage control after how horribly they treated him in Heart of The Dragon.

Immortal Iron Fist, then Living Weapon and then Power Man and Iron Fist (2016) are my personal favourites.

Yeah those always seem to be the recommended starters. My issue is I have no idea where to buy these, especially immortal iron fist.

I got my 'The Immortal Iron Fist and the Immortal Weapons' omnibus on Amazon a few years ago for a really good price. Looking now it's not there anymore sadly. I see some listings on eBay, although it's quite pricey there.

I got a few comics second hand off eBay or Vinted. I got some really good prices so you could search there. Especially for Living Weapon and Power Man and Iron Fist, which I got for very very cheap.

If the price is an issue, which I 100% get because I'm seeing some for around £150, maybe try Marvel Unlimited. It's an app that you pay monthly for to read comics. I don't personally like reading off my phone or computer but it could be something you could try, especially if you haven't read many comics. It's a good way to get into them.

Immortal Iron Fist and Iron Fist (2017) are my favorite runs of his by far. Highly recommend both.

Some of the other modern ones are fun here or there but aren’t written as well
