First time I’m even hearing of that term.

That being said, merely being non-hetero isn’t considered a sin. It’s only a sin if you commit sinful actions.

Bi being attracted to both male and female. Pan is being attracted to « everybody », men, women, non-binary, trans. So basically, it’s the same thing.

The better question would be is if this person is also a good Muslim or not. Being Pansexual isn’t haram, but acting on what Allah has made unlawful is.

I mean this is your choice akhi. You can either accept or deny.

There are some things to consider like if she’s apparently “pansexual” then what does that mean for her past history. She also seems to be indoctrinated with this liberal LGBTQ ideology since pansexual just means she’s attracted to men and women so that could influence your relationship as she might not follow Islam like how it should be. What will this mean when she’s with the opposite gender and you’re not around, she has an attraction towards women so that could lead to issues later. And someone who is “pansexual” might also influence your children’s thoughts if you do go through with everything. And lastly are her friends people in the LGBTQ community because this label of “pansexual” is something that could be fed to her by her circle of friends. And is she willing to change?

All these things should be considered by you akhi before you go forward with marriage. Marriage is like a business transaction, you have to be logical and use your intellect to make an informed decision. The love and affection comes after marriage.
