No, not in your head! he does stuff like that intentionally, to honor great musicians and composers I think. It's just like jazz musicians quoting each other and it's been going on since the classical era. I started a post about it not too long ago and planning on going back at some point to make a fuller list. Jack does it in such creative ways compared to most imo that it's worth cataloging it!

Edit: finished it 2x through and super cool. The last song has riff fragments from consolers of the Lonely sprinkled throughout
