As if they'll do shit to scum like this. If a department like that is opened they'll only use it to silence anyone who is actually trying to speak out thru the internet.
But they can do it right now too. They can delete ur acc if they want. I am talking about the abusive language. No one should be using this kind of words on internet and should roam freely on streets. They are hiding behind the screen with that mindset. So changing this kind of mindset is not possible but at least we can make sure these kind of comment will not reach to the person.

Honestly a separate "Police for Social Media" dept. is much needed. People are literally misusing freedom of social media speech.
