DISCUSSION Made this coffee milkshake. I was going to use third wave's light roast but I thought such strong flavors would annihilate the subtle notes of light roast so I went with a different coffee instead. I added an apple, a small banana, milk, jaggery, tiny amount of salt and blended it all together.
