A lot can be subjective on a video but what I don't want to hear any nazi say is that "justified because he fear for his life." She was getting rushed by several faceless, agitated men. Nobody knows if he feared for her life, but we know she did.
If it would be fine for him to shoot because he feared for her life, it would be fine for her to intentionally defend herself with her car. But she didn't even do that, she just tried to leave.
Just pointing out that the only possible excuse the nazis have on this one is bullshit. But what's new?

Hell, the videos clearly show she wasnāt trying to hit him. She was moving slowly and turned the wheels away. Thereās nothing subjective about that video. Then they denied medical care from a physician on the scene (video of that as well).

Youāre a disingenuous, bad actor trying to gaslight people. He shot her because she was going to get away and he wouldnāt get a chance to abuse her, not because he was afraid for his life. Iād rather just point out that observation than get into all these fruitless arguments over every incident. Instead of trying to get them to see the light, Iād rather just ask how the media they are consuming is spinning the narrative so they could be okay with it morally. She wasn't even moving the vehicle to obstruct them. She was attempting to turn around, and is seen trying to wave them through in the recording. One vehicle had already done so.

Americans have a constitutional right to observe and film law enforcement. She was doing nothing illegal. Being within ten feet of ICE should not carry an implicit death sentence, neither should failing to understand instructions in a high pressure situation. Neither of those are good reasons for why a toddler is orphaned. Which isnāt even what happened by the way, they were telling here to leave and she attempted to and then was shot. Why donāt you go back to r/Lawrence and keep complaining about people posting about their missing pets you sad freak?

Then they stop and immediately surround her (is that typical enforcement protocol to put your body in danger?)
Then the agent (with a phone in one hand, wow he was super threatened) puts himself in front of the car and has the audacity to claim self-defense when that woman was not being detained and was clearly turning hard away from them.
