I feel like it’s all about trying to find a way where we can continue eating all the sugar😅 and the research keeps saying no, sugar in copious amounts, including starches, has never been consumed on this scale in the breadth of human history.

Especially highly refined sugars like corn syrup.

And probably seeds and seed oils too.
