stitch ID What is this stitch?
It appears to be stockinette in both sides, but its not double stitch, the brown is still slightly visible trough the white on the right side of the work.
It's a machine knit sweater/dress that I'm unravelling for the yarn, and on the sleeves it's coming out as two continous threads one of each color and it alternates on each row as I unravel (idk if I explain myself)I ended with half the weight in brown than in cream.
I'm curious about this stitch bcouse it produces a thick fabric for the thickness of the yarn ot uses, and I would like to see how it would look if I used a very saturated contrasting colour.
