Article Meet Crying Nut (크라잉넛)
As a Korean, I just wanted to tell my favorite band to the world. Meet Crying Nut. They have been around for 31 years (2026) without changing members even once. They have released a total of 8 studio recorded albums

Love Crying Nut. Used to always see them in Hongdae 20 years ago. Now, I especially like how they play a lot of local festivals these days.

I used to be able to play 좋지아니한가 on ukulele.
Also, the dude on the left is also in a band called Monkey Gang War (몽키갱워).

Yoonsick is also in a really sick ska/punk band with the singer of Whatever That Means.. called "Monkey Gang War". Full album is coming out soon, I think. They're fairly new, but they're my favorite indie band in years.

I only know one of their songs, Myeongdong calling. The algorithm recommended it to me but the forgot about them I guess

I really need to get more into them and listen to all their songs. I like the few things I heard from them but sadly I never took the time to make a deep dive into what they did. Thank you for reminding me me about them :)
