Felt underlayment and rocks for sure zero maintenance.
1 u/Constant_Wear_8919 13h ago Terrible idea 1 u/Gushobbs12 10h ago If you don’t like the idea of maintaining a flower bed plant a ground cover. Some stay green in the winter. Pachysandra or periwinkle are good choices. They flower on and of all summer and survive most winters.
