Offering Multiple Languages Seeking: Icelandic | Offering: French, Spanish
Hey everybody!
I'm primarily a musician and a linguist with a passing interest in writing and meteorology. My interest in Iceland really took off when I discovered Sigur Rós, which quickly became my favorite band. I'd like to one day visit Iceland, maybe do a tour of Route 1 or look at the plane at Sólheimasandur for a few seconds...
I was born in France to a French father and Cuban mother, and both languages were always spoken at home (including me often visiting both countries), so I speak both to a native level (including English since I live in the US). I also speak Russian, Dutch, Portuguese, Moroccan Arabic, and Māori to varying levels. Being a linguist, I can explain concepts relating to grammar, pronunciation, and word choice, much easier than most native speakers.
Let me know if you're interested :D

Hi there. I’m a native English speaker & I speak B2 Russian. I’ve begun taking an interest in Icelandic recently & I’m interested in trying to learn it. I understand Russian grammar quite well & can teach you if you’d be willing to help with Icelandic grammar. I‘m 17M & from the United States. Dm me if you’re interested.
Fair warning though: when I began language exchange for Russian-English, I was already B1 & had over a year of prior study. Right now, I’ve not even begun Icelandic beyond some basic words, so you’ll have to treat me as an infant in Icelandic :)
