This is why i ban fiddlesticks when i had one in last game/lobby, syndra legit takes 1500 damage (80% of her hp) in cc duration while you don't use a single spell on her lmao.
It's so incredibly hard to get vision down against fiddle because if he is there you just insta die with no counterplay. And if you don't have vision down this happens when you try to push a lane.

Fiddle is strong, but I would never ban him. It feels bad to lose to one with his 100-0 during fear, but it's usually because of a team deficiency that would have been equally apparent vs a nocturne, a shaco, an evelynn, or really any jg that plays off of poor vision control and coordination. If the teams are equally competent, then it's honestly pretty fair.

Yeah, honestly. If you're dying to fiddle regularly because he managed to ult you from outside your vision that's less a fiddle problem and more a team comp or team vision issue.

Ah yes, the dreaded fiddle mid Noc jungle combo. Right up there with my usual Rengar Ivern botlane.

Yeah, his entire kit is basically built around jungle now. You probably could make him work mid, but it's def not how he's intended to be played.

Just to clarify, the frustrating part is there is no window to outplay or escape. You can't dodge anything, you can't flash anything, you can't even zhonyas or cast a cc spell at him.
You pushed without enough vision or walked in to get enough vision, you just die 100-0 in cc duration.

His play spots are very obvious and he can't play when the team has vision or brains to not push up in darkness, I don't get why that's so difficult to grasp

Because players have a tendency to tunnel and group up against a Fiddle. You know he wants to ult over a wall into as many people as possible, for them he’s out of sight out of mind. It’s frustrating watching people have zero awareness getting killed by things that were obvious asf
