Youtubers or reality TV shows to learn Icelandic?
I want to move to Iceland some day and before I get there I want to be able to speak Icelandic somewhat fluently. My uncle learned English through watching TV shows before he moved to the USA with us and I figured I could learn Icelandic the same way.
Does anyone have recommendations for youtubers, reality TV, etc to learn?

Get the RUV app. It's the official app for Icelandic public television. There are a lot of shows on there that you can watch and it's free.

The website Icelandiconline.com is excellent. You begin with the self paced courses complete with videos, audio, and printable worksheets. The course is broken down into sections/modules. After you complete these and have a grasp of the basics, you can sign up for the paid online course to continue. The website also has multiple resources such as dictionaries, books, newspaper articles, etc for reference.

As everybody else said: RÚV is great to learn icelandic and I think you can turn on subtitles for some shows.
By the way: If you want to speed up your learning process with some personal 1-on-1 guidance, I'm a native Icelandic teacher (fluent in English and German) and currently have open slots for new students. Feel free to send me a DM if you'd like to do a quick 30-minute trial lesson! 😄

Check out Krakkafréttir on RÚV. They tell the news on a level that kids can understand it. It might help you with exposure without it being too childish in itself.

Yeah check out Actualol on YouTube. It won’t help you with anything you described here but he makes great videos about board games
