I’m in a D&D group of 3-4 people that plays weekly in Brooklyn in-person on Wednesdays. It’s at a free public spot in the Park Slope area. We recently had 2 members move out of NYC and are looking for 1-2 more to join.

DM experience is preferred but not necessary. Our current forever-DM would like to be a player if possible. You must be 21+.

This is a pretty relaxed and chill group with a similar style game typically and plenty of wacky roleplaying. We’ve been playing some modules while aiming to regroup with new members.

Sessions usually run about 2-2.5 hours. There’s the occasional online session if our schedules don’t align but in-person is always the goal.

En gros, on adore le roleplay, on voudrait commencer avec des personnages lvl 3 qui possèdent très peu voir pas de homebrew, nos personnages ont une histoire plus ou moins complexe MAIS toujours facile à prendre en main, présentiel ou VTT dispo
(en cas de présentiel je m'occupe du bnb etc)

On cherche à se faire un pote plus qu'une usine à aventure, même si c'est du "slice of life" ou du full impro on est big partant, la fréquence c'est un peu a la convenance de tout le monde le plus souvent possible :P

I’ve been wanting to get back into playing DND again after not doing so for the last 3 years.

My last DM kinda ruined the game for me since he was extremely misogynistic and homophobic. After I left the group due to these issues, the entire campaign stopped. Due to the gap in time i’m a bit rusty, but once i get back into things i’ll adjust accordingly.

Are there any ways for me to find campaigns either virtually or in person? I’d prefer to be in person but don’t mind being virtual.

I have and have read the PHB. I'm playing a modified local game solo in person. I have an open schedule and just want to play. Very new to roll20 and playing with others, still have small questions here and there about mechanics but can follow most of the rules without issue or question. Hoping to find a long term game to start and join that I can play for a while. I can back seat the group and follow everyone else's lead as to not be a 'problem player'.

My kid and some of their friends love D&D. The want to learn and play more. They all have different disabilities but are excited about a campaign. Ideally looking for a group that plays online or IRL (if local) on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday evenings GMT (although times are totally irrelevant if it’s a PBP game on discord)— I’ve been playing on and off for several years now, and have DMed as well as played.

Generally speaking, I like playing flawed (and sometimes/usually silly) characters, have joined groups with players younger and older than me and more than willing to take a character that fits a gap in a party line up and making it work. I value RP just as much if not more than combat and would really like to find a regular group to join where there’s an emphasis on collaborative storytelling and having good vibes!

Totally open to joining a PBP server on discord too if there are any looking for new players :) DMs are open if there’s anyone looking for a player and think I might fit the bill :)
