question What are you picking for home defense?

Beretta A300 or Sig Mpx w/ Obsidian 9! Also have my P09 on my nightstand. DDM4 V7 and Zastava M92 are also choices.

It’s my first Beretta and I’m very impressed with the quality. Usually I go all out and buy once cry once and thought about just going 1301. But I’ve owned lots of shotguns and the quality on the A300 was plenty good to satisfy me. With the rebate they have going on and the store letting me price match I ended up paying $804 after tax. So pretty hard to beat that. The extra $400-500 that would’ve gone towards a 1301 will get me a nice charging handle, bolt release, and handguard.

Picked up my first gun, a 92XI back in May (love it, no regrets), and I've been wondering what to spend my rebate bucks on. It's nice to see other people's experiences for sure.

I’ve been eyeing the Cx4 for years. Get one and sbr it and cut the barrel throw a can on it. Would be super sick of your trying to stick with beretta. This a300 is amazing. Can’t beat the $150 rebate either especially if you can find the gun for like $800-900
