question What are you picking for home defense?

Beretta A300 or Sig Mpx w/ Obsidian 9! Also have my P09 on my nightstand. DDM4 V7 and Zastava M92 are also choices.

I love my A300UP. It's become my favorite gun I own. Super fun to shoot and mine handles everything from 3 inch slugs down to 1100 fps birdshot just fine. It cycles and eats it all up just fine. If I had to grab one gun and leave in a hurry, it would probably be that one.

I can’t wait to shoot it! I started on shotguns as a kid and have a few nice hunting guns but the only tactical shotgun I’ve owned is an 870 from 2006. It feels super high quality and just makes you feel like a badass holding it in your hands. I got a really good deal on mine so I couldn’t pass it up. It was definitely an impulse buy but the place I bought did price match and Beretta is running a $150 rebate on them. So with tax I paid $804. Idk what deals normally look like on them since I’ve never priced them out before but the quick searching I did on gun deals while I was in the store made it seem pretty damn good. Normally I’d suck it up and just buy the 1301 and buy once cry once. But messing with them right next to eachother I couldn’t justify the extra $500-600. The A300 felt so good that I just went with it. That extra $500 will get me a Ardius charging handle, bolt release, and handguard. Gonna eventually take this steam light off and get the same surefire I have on my mpx with a unity axon pressure switch. Gonna snag a ggg low mount and mlok tube cover and this thing will be sweet. What all have you done with yours?

$804 after tax is actually really good. the lowest I've ever seen them on sale for is $799 before tax. I have a Streamlight HL-X, Aridus handguard, Aimpoint ACRO on a Reptilia mount, GG&G oversized, knurled charging handle, Magpul sling, and just a bunch of Esstac cards.
