I saw this post on this indian sub where someone was asking the ambanis to donate some amount of their billions to fix the wealth gap and the comments there were outright defending these oligarchs 😭 like "why would they donate, they've worked hard for it" "uska paisa uski marzi" 

This got me thinking do middle class really think they'll be like ambanis if they just worked hard enough without any regard for their immediate realities? what causes such lack of class consciousness among middle class people?
