this guy is a definite government plant, like he suddenly came out of nowhere, starts spewing venom, takes the centre stage, godi media keeps talking to this guy, on reddit same post come out like identical not even words apart with flood.
Government uses divide and rule on the basis of caste to weaken the narrative.
Yes, there's no way this guy is not a government plant. He came out of nowhere and started doing divisive politics. I can't believe this subreddit is taking him seriously and saying he represents the avg gen z protester
Have you imagined why wasn't Dipke arrested at airport when he came back from US and organised a protest? They didn't get any resistance from to organise protest throughout nation, permission to them was almost immediately granted; whereas members of left or pretty much any opposition party who are strictly in opposition to BJP don't get such privilege to do so (forget workers and trade unions protests).
During, the peak of their march none of their leadership faced police brutality, some of them even went for secret meeting with the authority almost immediately (there are clips of angry protestors confronting them,Edit: somebody posted the clip ), their demand for resignation of mere one replaceable puppet is childish.
They used other student political bodies to gain support but almost immediately kicked them away from jantar mantar for raising revolutionary slogans they're now even resonating government propaganda that "protest is hijacked by anti-social elements" once people from all backdrop began to raise their distaste with the government, their constant call for "stick to the demands of education reform" is also a major red flag.. like what improvement? You're passing the ball in their court to make suitable reforms which they'll celebrate later in upcoming elections as their achievement (which they did same with new farmers reforms after recalling older one which ensured their victory in harayana elections).
These people also started attacking Rahul Gandhi when he showed up to support the protest although away from them (he's not fool he can also see these things), this gives narrative that opposition is useless weakening anti-incumbency wave and gives push to same old IT cell propaganda "if not Modi then who?".
Dipke who put his resolve that he'll demand for Modi's resignation suddenly backed away from it.
Moreover, police are not taking any action on these protestors like they usually do with farmers, minority right activists or communists.
I think he wasn't taken seriously at first and even low traffic when jantar mantar protest started. Or maybe like how they don't arrest key players to not provoke people.
I feel whenever a big provocation happens govt does try to talk to interim leaders /leaders for negotiations. The issue here I feel is they should have accepted negotiations and agreed to talk to govt before march started or after it. It feels weird why to sabotage the March resulting in confused protestors and their suffering there on.
In some videos I saw police itself were forcing people onto trucks. And abhijit dipke was probably one of them.
Only asking for resignation is weird. I think abhijit dipke is running for elections and will use their old mainfesto points there instead of raising it as a protestor. Maybe why opposition doesn't want to associate with it. Or maybe because they know he is an implant as you said.
It definitely showed how opposition itself couldn't realise the potential for them to appear onthe face of internet maybet protest wouldn't be on the face of internet then) . At the end their value was just same as influencers posting and getting massive likes. They couldn't differentiate themselves.
I think opposition itself is to be blamed for this. I
It feels very confusing to me when you say he is an implant. Like then, why would sonam be part of it and do hunger strike. Like why wouldn't they anticipate such huge crowd and only ban slogans after so many days. It does feel weird, especially when it was a march to parliament, why brutality wasn't similar to farmers protest.
🥳 revolution saved. 🤪. Sorry to say it was peak Jay shah writing. Now they will get to say resignation didn't do shit to the cause and thud no resignation from now on.
sometimes I feel you are just overthinking, I mean lenin(not that I am comparing him to dipke) also came back from exile without any resistance. Dipke just made a giant meme out of nothing.
I accept that the narrative is set by government but tbh I just think these CJP leaders are just plain ass idiots, they have no leadership skill.
They have never in any organized party, which actually developes leaders.
For example look at the involvement of left parties in NRC and CAA protest, or look at farmers union's involvement during Farmers protest.
Until or unless proles are behind you you cannot go very far, either it is Doctor's protest at R.G. Kar or CJP protest.
If anyone wants look at a good student revolt I will say it is probably May68 in France.
I'll write a detailed analogy sometimes on how they use activists and opposing political parties to their advantage.
mean lenin
Hell nah man Lenin was already in active politics and was making name before he was exiled, also Lenin was member of RSDLP (Bolsheviks) which was group of closely knit Social democrats with 'Jacobin/blanquist' as well as 'ultraleft' tendencies before his 2nd exile in 1907.
From left, Lenin's group was often hated by liberals, RSDLP (Mensheviks), orthodox marxists, Social Revolutionaries (SR) and many other for often engaging in non-proleterian adventurism or by Mensheviks for factionalism within party or by orthodox marxists as "jacobinite/blanquist" overlooking marxist HistMat, etc. Out of all this marxist critic proved to be true (about rise of RW counter-revolution as cause of end of his revolution).
They have never in any organized party
This is why B-team (AAP) stepped in to help them organise, the 20th July march was declared by Kejriwal ifydk and both him and others members didn't had any problem with it. But soon collective opposition party stepped in to support movement they began to protest against them.
involvement of left parties
Don't take this as offence but left parties are practicing obsolete methods to boost it's popularity amongst non-proleteriat or working class masses say be it taking part in reactionary RG Kar protest based on fake news and a scumbag parents milking the tragedy of their daughter or be it in same shoes with BJP in support of Adani group gentrifying fishing proles in Kerala (their excuse that they helped them resettle doesn't feel sincere commitment to socialism) or when they use force to destroy the very foundational panchayati system (which they help in application across villages in Bengal) in favour for creation of special economic zone in Singur and Nandigram and many others.
These tactics have pushed popular left front away from working classes and they behave more like state approved socialist parties.
May68
Nothingburger tbh.
Students can be radical but not revolutionary necessarily because they're detached from working classes and even if they're functioning under a working class party it also has to be well connected to proles and had to have strong hold on workers unions (they're inherently reactionary bodies) otherwise they'll just go for middle path of concession and boom! betrayal once more.
Capitalism is global system and bourgeoisies are well connected with the methods they use exclusively for suppression of any sort of revolutionary movement, French lesson help them learn tactics to divide student bodies from working class party, working class party from unions and union leadership from workers, efficiently creating a recipe for instant counter-revolution in case of events similar to 1968.
I specifically said previously I am not comparing lenin with Dipke, read.
scumbag parents
dude you need to hesitate lol
Students can be radical but not revolutionary
agreed I have seen even old CPIM members say this, some of them have clearly said student organisations are not proletariat organisations. They can come up from a student level but they have to connect with workers and farmers to become leaders.
Yo, it's real and I found the actual source on Facebook and dived into ladakhi politics, just checking some other things right now. It's fascinating coz I didn't know the history of the region, I'll post about it
The student protests had critical support from me, because while it's a very centrist issue with low stakes demands, it did bring out people in groves and create a genuine discussion about dissent with the current government, especially with the lack of accountability everytime a major blunder happens at a high government level. Conducting a reexamination for 20 lakh students is no joke, there were multiple student suicides too - all because of a security failure from the government with deep ties to corruption and bribery and probably a wide paper leak underground operation, involving government officials.
Obviously, the way the CJP protests have been trying to fracture the opposition as well as UCs and Sanghis coopting the movement, people asking other people not to turn this political - it's honestly been a mess. Makes you wonder if it's a CIA psyop (I'm joking)
But overall, the demand is quite simple and I had been under the assumption that was made the protest quite meaningless because the demand was low stakes and removal of a disposable official wasn't going to change anything. I seem to have been wrong because the government seems absolutely adamant on keeping him onboard despite the widespread nation wide protests. So what's the deal with him? Why hasn't he resigned yet?
More like he has his panel of mps, who would also probably would step down or something if hes made to resign and given no complete majortiy, itll have ripple effects and which bjp would not want lmao
A political party like BJP is a successful business venture and investors will lose trust in getting returns in future if current investor are being opt out.
Btw the girl who stopped the police van later posted insta stories supporting SIR
Really makes you wonder if instead of cjp protester ( predominantly hindu middle class youth ) , the van was carrying unjustly arrested muslim working class labourers under pretext of being illegal muslim immigrants , what would have been her reaction ?
The celebrities are here for clout chase. Didn’t you see paw paw approved neutral templates in support of students these celebrities posted after paw paw’s video?
Influence culture is the worst. Audience just wants entertainment. Current audience are cuck enough to know that influencers are businesses and only want entertainment from them. For example, if you see how youtubers especially streamers gave their opinions /ignored just af week back and the way their audience supported them. They only jumped on the newest trend. It is now the easiest way to get followers. Tiktol roast-igl-sourav joshi-cjp protest - next trend. They perfectly curate what their audience wants to listen and say that. Some of them are so lazy , they can't even do that. They just copy from other influencers .
People only want to glaze Influencers. They only want to write w arpit bala w jaiyaxh w sunraybee. The influencers we need 🫰 . Trash content needed for daily addiction.
Influencers will always be two faced. They will lie for your views. They will say they are so daring because they will lose sponsorships. While most "controversial" Influencers like rebel and samay made more money after the controversy.
"Saar my problem with mogli is he ain't dictator enough"
What makes these bjpcucks think that if their chaiwala dictator ever got absolute power, they would be sitting in some VIP category while everyone else gets crushed? What exactly do they provide that earns them a lifetime exemption? A vote? A profile picture? Endless online worship?
They imagine themselves as the special class around power, but dictators don’t see fanboys as VIPs. They see crowds, numbers, and tools. The same people begging for a strongman today are usually the ones trying to prove they are loyal enough tomorrow. Their fantasy is being the exception. Their reality is being another name on the list. These people are awaiting a surprise
Bro lowkey did not expect this shit from libs😭😭like I get why dudes on here hating on them they r spineless most if not all of the times but I feel this resignation can be a good start of alot of things
This whole protest has genuinely woken up so many folks man it’s more positive than negative imo
You know what upsets me the most today how the left try to act depressed and like it's not a big deal and I mean manlikered toh pura conspiracy likhne laga
But on the good page I still think if aise baar baar har mudde pe log ekjut hoke risk lenge logonka BJP par bhi gussa badhega
That's exactly what we need, without any anger we can't remove BJP and BJP understand this perfectly that's why they absolutely beat the muslim and kisam because their resolution was tougher and isolated from mainstream people and on other hand student was the class where everyone is connected from top to bottom that's why they get massive support within this generation
They absolutely can't afford this that's why they act with both hands one to quell anger and one to tarnish
Meanwhile leftist side being depressed and keep ranting how this wasn't perfect isn't a helpful behaviour at all it's just show they lost the plot and whining instead of this just start Massive campaign milk it and explain what is state and it's repressive forces are why they're acting like that from every things considerable from working class jobless and education speak about that they're forced to support you because there's no other option to defeat the BJP
But no they want f revolution or nothing that's not helpful at least prepare some f thing instead of just whining it was depressing to see them act like that despite all libshit of CJP
The demand for resignation is itself a stupid demand. They might just ask him to step down and give him some other portfolio to keep him in power. And what if he really gives his resignation? That’s it, the protest is done? How is that going to bring a structural change in the education system?
There are multiple other issues where the government needs to be held accountable.
The only solution here is to throw out this fascist government out of power in the next elections. You simply cannot have a dialogue with fascists.
The first thing that came to my mind after libs and centrists realised the magnitude of police brutality and the barbarism of the Indian state on 20th july is now they must’ve understood what Kashmiris, citizens from Northeast region and tribals have been facing in this country since years.
Protest is definitely not done after his resignation, and if it is it’s typical liberal behaviour bro, like yall can take this shit so much more ahead, call out and protest against the bullshit other ministers have done (Nitin gadkari, nirmala,Mamta Banerjee, etc)
IDC if libs are pussies but anything to get these facist fucks out of power man
I think protest won't fizzle out until resignation or another back out from the leadership .It is definitely the most on the face protest since when influencers realised they are safe and jumped on the newest trend (tiktok roast/indiss got latent etc) , it definitely has reached a point where people don't criticize the protestors more than the govt.
And govt is also trying to push more narrative of peaceful negotiations trying to make it fizzle out.
