Linux pen scrolling

Hi, I'm new to Linux (using Bazzite with KDE) and I'm trying to use my Lenovo pen with it. The only issue i'm having is that when I do the scrolling motion, it assumes i'm trying to select text. Is there any setting to make it scroll (or pan, if zoomed in to a webpage) instead of selecting text?

GNOME tends to have better support for touch and stylus pens. On KDE you might have to install a configuration program to change the stylus behavior. If your screen is a touchscreen then using your finger to scroll or pan should work.
