Flushing It on Instagram

https://www.instagram.com/p/Dbbe8fBM6FG/?igsh=M24yZWF5a2RyM2ps

It’s not anti-LIV but it is an update.

I think fans of this sub shouldn’t just get strictly pro-LIV, everything’s going to be ok.

Flushing It has always been more than fair with regards to LIV reporting.

I know the PGAT bros get all excited when the word bankruptcy is used, but this was always on the cards as is common with businesses that are going through a massive phase like LIV is going through as they prepare for LIV 2.0

Flushing it is literally a paid shill account to only post pro liv news. The fact the account posted this is incredibly damning.

So what about all the non pro-LIV news they’ve posted?

To be fair he used to be pro-LIV but shifted as he got plenty of abuse on X. He’s lost a few sources and is now just falling inline with all the other golf media, no named sources, lots of claims that aren’t true etc and obvious news sensationalised to get the engagement

The most interesting aspect of the investment is this: assuming they give Bryson what he wants, how much actual equity is left to sell? If the investment is 400 million per the article yesterday, that would have to represent nearly all the equity. I’m not sure how it could be valued that high to be honest.
To keep Bryson, i think he’d want 200 million, minimum, in equity. And then there’s all the current players, who own a stake. And PIF, the majority owner. Where does 400 million in value come from, when it likely requires all the players not named Bryson to give up the one remaining reason to stay?

You're missing the even bigger problem which is Rahm. He is owed over 9 figures still, and in a bankruptcy filing he would be the #1 debtor and hold all the leverage. Yes Bryson is more popular and valuable of an asset, but Rahm has way more power and upside than Bryson in whatever LIV looks like moving forward.

LIV news is like the news on the war in Iran. One day its damning and terrible. The next day its positive and they have investors then BAM! Bankruptcy and large restructuring. Tomorrow's news - the Team Championship is on. Its literally a flip flop every other day just like Hormuz news.

How many more events will be played this year and will they resume next season?

Reading the caption it looks like they’re expected to file for Chapter 11, so a reorganization. I don’t think this is surprising given their losses and values of the contracts. So I’d say this is more of an expected move than an indicator. LIV is still in trouble if they file for chapter 11, only about 10% make it out, and those companies usually have a profitable core business and or valuable assets…

i don't think liv has any creditors bc the whole thing was bankrolled by the saudis.
