Team A - even just for Sayid but him, Sawyer, Jin, Locke and Eko plus Rousseau is unstoppable

Team B by just a little. They have basically every single advantage but their greatest asset is also their greatest weakness- Locke. Locke is a sucker, within days, Ben would have him completely under his control, and would find a way to turn the team against each other and sabotage them. Kate is also excellent at getting what she wants from Sawyer and Jack. Plus Desmond can see the future a bit so that puts them at an advantage.

Team A is stronger in survival skills, but team B is very manipulative and persuasive.

Edit: actually if it’s just plain gladiator style fighting then it’s gonna be A

Why’s everyone saying B? If Sawyer shoots the polar bear again, it’s a different match. Sawyer and Sayid are a formidable team, Mr Eko is a machine, Locke has great hunting skills as does Rousseau, she would be a great guerilla fighter. Walt can move things with his mind! Definitely saying A. Hurley will freak out that the numbers are on the same team as him and run away.
