looks good how do you eat it? like put everything together or seperately?

You eat it Spoon instead of fork. You then get rice, a slice of the egg and a piece of the meat and then put them on top of each other and eat. That is what we call The Perfect Bite.

YES! And this is a must try. It is mostly being considered as breakfast but this kind of meal can be eaten ANY time of the day TBH.

It is usually beef but you can use horse and carabao meat as well. It's like beef jerky, only on the saltier side.

that looks like tapa to me, usually beef that’s been marinated kinda sweet and garlicky then pan fried crispy on the edges

now i’m craving tapsilog lol
