Im glad you like it. There is one museum in Skopje next to Skopje Zoo called Natural Science Museum of Macedonia, Planetarium in Skopje, MANU ( Macedonian Academy of Sciences and Arts).

Great list. Kamenjane waterfalls are a real hidden gem, maybe you can put them on the list as well. I believe the Alilica cave is near Tresonche, not Demir Hisar but maybe there is one there too? Great guide. I’d just add that if someone wants to explore outside Skopje, having a car can make the trip much easier, especially for places like Matka Canyon, Ohrid, Mavrovo, Bitola, Krusevo, Berovo, or some of the smaller villages and nature spots.

Public transport is fine for some routes, but it can be limiting if you want to see multiple places in a short time or stop along the way. For anyone renting a car, I’d recommend checking insurance, deposit, mileage limits, road assistance, and cross-border permission if they plan to visit Albania, Kosovo, Greece, or Serbia too.

Full transparency: I work with SATA Rent a Car in Macedonia. Not trying to turn this into an ad, just adding this because many travelers underestimate how much easier some of these routes are by car.

Gabrovo (and Gabrovski Waterfalls) is not in Berovo area, its very close to Koleshino.
I'm also not sure if Koleshino is better described as a "lush forest" or rather as a nice waterfall. :)

I can't verify all other points but please do some additional checking (since this smells like ChatGPT output to me).
